“Shymbulak & the Guide were great! My bad rating is because of the zoo. In 2025 a zoo shouldn’t be part of any tour - especially not one for adults! Cages in Almaty zoo are far too small and a lot animals showed weird behaviour… people were loud, screamed and howled at the animals and fed them with ice cream!”
